Video & Speaker Phone Conferencing

CCPI offers on-site video-conferencing as well as conference speakerphones. Combining the latest equipment with convenient portability, CCPI makes it easy for visitors to a site to conduct business anywhere in the world from inside the facility.

Standard Analog Phone Service

Basic telephone service allows the client to place or receive telephone calls in their booth or meeting room. It also provides for fax capability and comes with a variety of calling plans including local calling only, credit card calling and long distance calling. This service includes a single telephone line with a single telephone number and handset. "Dial 9" is required.

Dedicated Analog Phone Service

With a dedicated phone line you do not have to dial "9". This service is commonly used for modem use and some credit card machines. There is no guaranteed speed with the dedicated line. If you require a high-speed connection you may want to consider one of our other services.

Standard Digital Phone Service

Digital telephone services provide expanded capabilities to the end user. Multi-line phones, transfer capabilities, voice-mail, call forwarding are all options available on digital service. Digital phone service will provide enhanced products to fulfill your client's needs.

Voice Over IP (VOIP)

CCPI is the leader in the industry in installing and managing complete VOIP systems at convention centers. We currently have VoIP systems installed and operational at four major facilities in North America. VoIP allows the provisioning of voice and data services over a single line, improving our response times and customer service capabilities at these sites.

Dry Pair Extension - Extend a 3rd Party Circuit

If you order circuits from a third party provider such as the local Bell Co. or another provider (e.g., Sprint, ATT etc.), the third party provider will bring the circuit to the building Demark but will not bring service past that point. You must order a dry pair extension from us so that we can extend the other carrier's circuits to your booth or room. This includes Analog telephone lines, ISDN, DSL, T-1, DS-3, OC-3, or any other special circuits.

ISDN

ISDN provides a fast, point-to-point connection that many clients need while exhibiting at a site. Video-conferencing, Internet connections, radio broadcasts can all be transmitted over ISDN lines. CCPI has the expertise and equipment to deliver ISDN service to exhibitors. We provide the circuit but our clients must provide their own equipment.
