CCPI knows and understands the hospitality business and knows that satisfied clients are the ultimate goal of every center and meeting planner. Our management, marketing and event coordinating staff work with event planners and exhibitors well before the start of an event to make sure the products ordered meet the group's technology needs, as it is our goal to eliminate any questions or situations well before the customer arrives on site.

Staff Training

CCPI provides a complete training program for your sales, marketing and event coordination team so that they will have a better understanding of and a higher comfort level with the technical products and services that are offered. Historically this in-depth training leads to more high-tech bookings for you.

Online Ordering and Real-Time Reporting

To simplify the process of ordering equipment and services for each exhibitor, we provide an easy-to-use online ordering system. Our event coordinators follow up orders with a personal phone call to the client to verify that the services ordered are compatible with their intended use during the event. This eliminates many service issues once the client arrives on site.

Once received, the order is entered into Smart City's proprietary "Automated Event Service Order Processing" system. (AESOP) The AESOP system provides data storage, accounting, order processing and service delivery management through a highly integrated, secured, online system that combines customer sales and service, operations, billing and management reporting capabilities into a single relational application framework.

AESOP was designed by Smart City for the specific and unique needs of the convention and trade show industry. Special features include online ordering, reporting flexibility, dynamic report drivers, relational data management, and customer history tracking.

Onsite Support

Our General Managers and technicians are in constant communication with our clients during the event to make sure their services are working properly. Each of our staff is easily recognized on the event floor in their CCPI logo shirts and matching pants.

After the event, we provide each client with a "Client Evaluation Form" to complete and return to us. We share the results of these surveys with the site management team.

One Stop Shop

Clients visiting a convention/exhibition facility want a "one stop shop" from the on-site technology contractor. CCPI provides equipment rental for telecommunication and Internet related uses, as well as networking, consulting and marketing services.

It is our goal to make technology easy and painless for the client. Our motto is, "You take care of your event and let CCPI take care of your technology."

Equipment Rental

CCPI offers video and voice conferencing equipment, PC's, routers, hubs, switches and other network/Internet connectivity equipment that may be needed by event management and/orexhibitors. All equipment will be configured and ready to go when the client arrives on-site.

Networking

CCPI provides on-site networking support in the development of VPN's and VLAN's, as well as off-site networking to remote sites. This may be done through either wired circuits, or through wireless technologies. We provide assistance in booth to booth or room to room networking as requested by clients. Through the fiber, copper or wireless backbone installed at your site, CCPI will be able to provide client connectivity virtually anywhere within or outside of your facility.
