"I just wanted to pass on my thoughts about the 2005 National Trade Show in Louisville that just ended. The show was great and the traffic by our booth was as good as I have seen in my more than 20 years of being an exhibitor. I also wanted to pass on my praise for one particular contract service - Convention Communication Provisioners, Inc., who provided our Internet connection at our booth. Not only was the service itself outstanding, the customer service was superior. When we did experience a minor glitch, their staff was there to take care of the problem within a few minutes. And then throughout the show, they came by on numerous occasions to make sure the service was performing to our expectations. It is this kind of attention and professionalism that takes the stress out of exhibiting. I hope you will use them in the future. And if their contract is with the Kentucky Exposition Center and not directly RVIA, I hope you will pass on your compliments to the KEC as well. Since our exhibit depends on reliable broadband service, this is very important to us and we have been disappointed in the past with other contractors providing the service.
